Requests for items that are held in stock on the library catalogue, or that are on order, are FREE.
There is usually a charge for requesting items that are not available on the catalogue (for these items you will need to telephone us or Contact Us with as many details about the item as possible) as we may need to reserve these items from another library, e.g. the British Library, via our Inter-Library Loan system.
