If you are 16 or over, you can apply to join online and a library card with a new PIN number will be sent to your home address. You can also get an application form in the library or download the application form (PDF) and bring it with you to the library.

Reservation Charges
There is usually a charge (of no more than £1.10) for reserving items, payable on collection. Book reservations are FREE for children 16 and under, senior citizens, full-time students, people who are unwaged and people with disabilities.
